Who ships
Products sold on Shop with TUIO are sold by TUIO and made to order by our printing and fulfillment partners.
Processing time
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Processing times can be longer during holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates and times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking link from Orders@Shop.withTU.IO. You can also see order status in your account at account.shop.withtu.io.
Address errors
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will help file a claim with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will reprint and reship it at no cost.
