Purchases, subscriptions and your rights.
Purchases
All purchases are non-returnable, non-transferable and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This applies to paid services, subscriptions, add-ons, products and credit packs.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your My TUIO account. Canceling immediately stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refund is given, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credits already purchased are not refunded.
Credits and packs
Purchased credit packs do not expire. They carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are forfeited when an account is closed. They are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory consumer right under applicable law, including any applicable right to a refund or withdrawal. Consumers in the EEA and UK have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to applicable law and its exceptions. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw, that right does not apply once access begins. We collect that acknowledgment at checkout. The Terms of Use explain the applicable withdrawal rights.
